WHITE ON WHITE

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a wonderful day,

I love this top! It's something I have been searching for, for a few months and finally Bardot turned up with the goods. So nice to pair it with this slim, comfortable white midi skirt from (no surprise here) Bardot. I am not one to wear all white, but I couldn't help myself with this sweet little number. I paired it with these Rapid Heels by Jo Mercer, the texture of these heels are amazing! Covered in pony hair, with this gorgeous graphic animal print. These pair of pumps are a definite wardrobe essential.

Thankyou to my beautiful sister and gorgeous friend for a fun day out shooting and a wonderful brunch.

UP-TO-DATE SKINCARE ROUTINE

I realized I haven't updated on my new skincare routine. But the time has come! My new faithfuls. Finally, I have my hands on the Clinique Skin-Care Range (oily/ combination) the amount of times I have been wishing for this to be in my hands has been quiet a while now! I'll rotate my products every now and then to see which ones work the best for my skin at different times of the week/ days.

There are a few products products that I have discovered and I can see I will definitely be keeping these in my 're-purchase list' sometime down the track.I have recently added the AZ Clear Action foaming wash from Priceline as I have always had trouble with acne since going into high school, it was unbareable!! But now I have entered my 20's it has cooled down and with the right products I have kept it to a minimum and less scaring (yes, quite embarrassing - but guess what, I am human). I use the AZ Clear Action morning and night as it's a foam which doesn't irritate my skin after a long day wearing makeup and it cleanses my face with little bubbles which I love!

When it comes to taking off my makeup after a long day, I opt for the Simple kind to skin facial cleansing wipes. These are quick and easy to take off your makeup, even water proof mascara and it leaves my face smooth and refreshed afterwards, I always go back to Priceline to re-purchase these babies. If I want a deeper clean, to make sure I have all of my makeup off I will turn to my Bioderma Sensibio H20 Micelle Solution that is gentle on my skin as it is made up of H20, fragrance free and helps cleanses impurities and removes makeup on your face/ eyes with no irritation afterwards.  When I run out of the Bioderma I am hoping to use the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water as it is much cheaper and I've heard it's the same deal.

After cleansing my face with a cleanser and then using a toner I will use a small pump of the Clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel to keep my face hydrated after all the cleansing and improve my skins condition. Thank-goodness I have this little gem in my possession as I don't know what I'd do without it, it's a lifesaver!

The Thalgo Freshness Exfoliator is a pricy little number but it works wonders so consider it a splurge beauty product from my beauty salon Shine Beauty. I use this when my face is in need of a beauty healing, it clears the dead skin cells and imperfections that might surface in weeks to come, leaving my skin fresh!

Lastly the newest edition to the collection St. Ives Facial Blemish Control (apricot scrub). Move over Garnier pure active 3 in 1 (wash, scrub, mask - which I have been using for about 2 years) I have found a new holy grail product to prevent my breakouts and keep my skin smooth and radiant!

Enough about my new found loves, leave in the comment section below what are your favourite skincare products?

Love, Kathy x

This is a follow up post from my latest look White on White. With this outfit I added three subtle pieces to turn a dressy outfit, casual. Khaki is definitely popping up again this year and what's not to love! Pair it with leopard shoes, a fedora and you're good to go. Comfortable yet still all class!

ELIZABETH ARDEN| REVIEW

The gorgeous Eight Hour Cream Set, by Elizabeth Arden

I am absolutely in love with this Lip Protectant Stick from Elizabeth Arden!! Thanks to my girl Samii who gave me this gift-set for me at Christmas, yet I haven't done a review on it since. Silly me. This has been a lifesaver, I love the smooth texture, gorgeous packaging and it is SPF 15! Perfect for those summer days. No more paw-paw 'balm' that's for sure. I have already bought a second one, so when this one runs out, I am all set. The texture of this lip balm is so smooth, lasts a few hours (if you aren't eating/ drinking), definitely keeps my lips moisturized! Why haven't I found this sooner...

I haven't used the Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant, a lot as I have no need for it just yet. Maybe when it comes to winter time I'll be using it so much more. I dabbed a tiny bit onto my lips and it works wonders, as it soothes my dry lips and lasts a while. Definitely a keeper!
If you have dry hands, the EHC Intensive Moisturizing Hand Treatment will be worth keeping by your bedside or in your makeup bag. It helps nourish your skin back to life with a pea-sized amount in your fingertips, goes along way and lasts for hours! I use it at night, before bed as it soaks into my skin while I sleep (although I don't have extremely dry hands, I like to refresh my skin anytime). Oh and this set came in a adorable red makeup bag! Perfect to have as a new makeup bag!!

If you have tried the Elizabeth Arden range, let me know in the comments below which one is your favourite?
